This Volume Shape Game is a great intro to learning about volume. Try to find all the answers! I loved playing this so imagine how sad I was to discover that there were only four questions. At least they were four great questions.

I think quite a few people will enjoy this actvity. MINECRAFT Volume of Rectangular Prisms from xpmath.com. Master this and you will certainly have a good understanding of the volume of cubes and cuboids.

I love puzzles so it’s no surprise that I enjoy playing Hidden Cubes. In this game we need to visualise the cubes we can’t see - we mustn’t forget them!

The above activity is a simple way to become more confident calculating the volume of cubes and cuboids.

• use the rotate tool to fill in gaps that you can't seem to click on

• use the layers tool to show you how to build it step-by-step if you can't seem to see what is needed
